Individual counselling can help manage day-to-day symptoms of depression, anxiety, or trauma. However, it also aims to get at the root issue of why negative thoughts or distressing feelings are coming up for you. Counselling is collaborative, which means I want to work together to come up with a therapeutic plan that is the right fit for you and meets your goals.
